Find your why
Formulate your own why
During an active morning or afternoon, we write our way to the core of the company. Together we formulate the why, or the purpose, discuss it and refine it until it makes sense.
In this session we help you find the words that are ‘on the tip of your tongue’ but that you just can't define. In order to come to the formulation that is completely your own and is right for everyone.
The ‘Find your why’ session is suitable for 3 - 8 participants. Once the why is clear, we move on to the how and the what.
